Last Updated: January 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of ProntoCrew Brookline Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers who request towing, roadside assistance, or related services from our company.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.

2. Service Description

ProntoCrew Brookline Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Brookline, MA and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely perform the requested work. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the job is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our capabilities.

3. Pricing and Payment

We provide estimates for our services based on the information you provide at the time of your call or request. Final charges may vary based on actual conditions, distance, time, and complexity of the job. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For insurance-covered tows, you are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance policy.

If payment is not received, we reserve the right to place a lien on the towed vehicle in accordance with Massachusetts state law until all charges are paid in full.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, location, and the nature of the problem when you request service. This helps us send the right equipment and arrive prepared.

You must have legal ownership or authorization to request towing for the vehicle in question. We may request proof of ownership or authorization before providing service.

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before or at the time of towing. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during transport or storage.

You must notify us of any special conditions related to your vehicle, such as modified suspensions, low clearance, all-wheel drive systems, or previous damage that could affect towing.

5. Liability and Insurance

ProntoCrew Brookline Towing carries full insurance coverage as required by Massachusetts law. We take every precaution to ensure safe handling and transport of your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or damage that occurs due to the mechanical condition of the vehicle itself.

If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must report it immediately upon delivery of the vehicle. Claims for damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service.

Our liability is limited to the actual cash value of the vehicle or the cost of repairs, whichever is less. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost wages, rental car costs, or other indirect losses.

6. Vehicle Storage

If your vehicle is towed to our storage facility, you will be charged a daily storage fee beginning 24 hours after the tow. Storage fees are set in accordance with Massachusetts state regulations.

You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle in a timely manner. We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs while the vehicle is in storage. Vehicles left in storage for extended periods may be subject to lien and auction procedures as allowed by law.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is en route to your location, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover fuel, time, and administrative costs.

The cancellation fee will be clearly communicated to you at the time you request cancellation. We understand that situations change, and we work with you to find fair solutions whenever possible.

8. Safety and Cooperation

For safety reasons, we ask that you remain a safe distance away from the tow truck and equipment while we work. Our operators are trained professionals, and we follow strict safety protocols on every job.

We reserve the right to refuse service or stop work if a customer becomes abusive, threatening, or interferes with our ability to perform the job safely. No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to customer behavior.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our service, please contact us directly at hello@brooklinetowingservice.com or (617) 582-2062. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
